A BRIEF OVERVIEW AND OUR
BACKGROUND
Purpose: I serve as a social media influencer and consultant .The
purpose of this presentation is to explain my LLC in a comprehensive
way.
About Us: There is a large disconnect between old world business
practices, and the new age social media marketplace. Social media is
a very amazing way to reach large amounts of people but quite a few
companies are still not taking advantage of it. We aim to make a
conscious connection between the values and morals of our clients in
the social media space.
Mission Statement: Anything online is everything Flynn Media.
•Problem Space
Segment: Our target market is small businesses with little to no social
media presence. A market of this size ensures that we are always
learning and growing within our community. Local businesses, brick
and mortar, mom and pops, there are small startups everywhere.
Need: These small business usually cannot afford the best real-estate,
or commercials on TV or Radio, so usually word of mouth is their only
method of advertisement. Reaching a larger local audience could be
the difference between a successful business and shutting down.
The best part about running social media accounts is that it’s a
relatively new service. To date I have not heard of anyone who does
what I do (at a similar scale), so effectively I have no local competition.
Until recently the only substitute solution was for the owner to
manage the social media accounts. Often times these owners do not
do a good job, and usually find them selves with very little following,
or interaction. Letting us handle social media for their company
ensures that the owner can focus on the day to day proceedings, while
we work silently and effectively in the background.
Product Name: Social Media Overhaul – Our certified influencers will
work with you directly to establish what you wish to improve
(customer base, advertising reach, etc..)
Customer Problem: Not being able to reach a large enough customer
base to support the business.
Benefit-Solution: Establish what growth you wish to achieve and then
work with our influencers to meet those needs.
Our influencers are handpicked by our algorithm so that we are
providing the best help for your specific business model. Any issues
that can be solved by having a larger presence in social media, can
and will be solved by working with your reps.
Place: We take our own advice and market heavily in the social media
space. We take out banner ads on Facebook, run sponsored ads on
Instagram, and host sponsored stories on Snapchat. Each
advertisement features a clickable link that will take a customer
directly to our website. When they wish to purchase our services, one
of our reps will personally call them to process which influencer will
be fit their business. If they are local we will meet with them within 24

Strategies: In order to contextualize the value of our service to the
potential client, we show them growth patters from similar
businesses that we worked with. If there is no similar business we lay
out what we can do for them as clear as possible and show them the
channels that we will take to reach their ideal market.
We charge $2400 a month
If customers sign for a 6 month period or greater we offer a
percentage discount that varies with the intensity of the overhaul.
Our idea revenue goals are serving at least 2 clients each month.
Which would be an annual total of $57,600
PROMOTION
Social media plan: As a social media marketing company we highly
emphasize the use of social media. We use all of the social media
pathways that we recommend to our customers in basically the same
way. We run sponsored content across all platforms, and make sure
to interact with our followers each and everyday. If you engage your
target market they will be more receptive to your content.
Relationship Marketing plan: A “family” like relationship with our
clients is very important to us. The better we know our clients the
better we will be able to help them. We also really want to know how
well we did! So we are constantly checking in with our customers to
collect satisfaction surveys. We also send out Christmas cards to all
current and previous customers, as well as happy birthday emails.
CONCLUDING STATEMENT
In the United States alone, more than 185 million people have social
media accounts. That makes those people active recipients of our
advertisements. With a virtually unlimited reach, the pure scope of
our business is endless. The amount of people, and businesses that
we can reach and influence is bigger then it ever has been and will
only continue to grow. Investing in us, is investing in the future of
advertisement as we know it.

  • 2. A BRIEF OVERVIEW AND OUR BACKGROUND Purpose: I serve as a social media influencer and consultant .The purpose of this presentation is to explain my LLC in a comprehensive way. About Us: There is a large disconnect between old world business practices, and the new age social media marketplace. Social media is a very amazing way to reach large amounts of people but quite a few companies are still not taking advantage of it. We aim to make a conscious connection between the values and morals of our clients in the social media space. Mission Statement: Anything online is everything Flynn Media.
  • 3. •Problem Space Segment: Our target market is small businesses with little to no social media presence. A market of this size ensures that we are always learning and growing within our community. Local businesses, brick and mortar, mom and pops, there are small startups everywhere. Need: These small business usually cannot afford the best real-estate, or commercials on TV or Radio, so usually word of mouth is their only method of advertisement. Reaching a larger local audience could be the difference between a successful business and shutting down. The best part about running social media accounts is that it’s a relatively new service. To date I have not heard of anyone who does what I do (at a similar scale), so effectively I have no local competition. Until recently the only substitute solution was for the owner to manage the social media accounts. Often times these owners do not do a good job, and usually find them selves with very little following, or interaction. Letting us handle social media for their company ensures that the owner can focus on the day to day proceedings, while we work silently and effectively in the background.
  • 4. Product Name: Social Media Overhaul – Our certified influencers will work with you directly to establish what you wish to improve (customer base, advertising reach, etc..) Customer Problem: Not being able to reach a large enough customer base to support the business. Benefit-Solution: Establish what growth you wish to achieve and then work with our influencers to meet those needs. Our influencers are handpicked by our algorithm so that we are providing the best help for your specific business model. Any issues that can be solved by having a larger presence in social media, can and will be solved by working with your reps. Place: We take our own advice and market heavily in the social media space. We take out banner ads on Facebook, run sponsored ads on Instagram, and host sponsored stories on Snapchat. Each advertisement features a clickable link that will take a customer directly to our website. When they wish to purchase our services, one of our reps will personally call them to process which influencer will be fit their business. If they are local we will meet with them within 24
  • 5. PRICE Strategies: In order to contextualize the value of our service to the potential client, we show them growth patters from similar businesses that we worked with. If there is no similar business we lay out what we can do for them as clear as possible and show them the channels that we will take to reach their ideal market. We charge $2400 a month If customers sign for a 6 month period or greater we offer a percentage discount that varies with the intensity of the overhaul. Our idea revenue goals are serving at least 2 clients each month. Which would be an annual total of $57,600
  • 6. PROMOTION Social media plan: As a social media marketing company we highly emphasize the use of social media. We use all of the social media pathways that we recommend to our customers in basically the same way. We run sponsored content across all platforms, and make sure to interact with our followers each and everyday. If you engage your target market they will be more receptive to your content. Relationship Marketing plan: A “family” like relationship with our clients is very important to us. The better we know our clients the better we will be able to help them. We also really want to know how well we did! So we are constantly checking in with our customers to collect satisfaction surveys. We also send out Christmas cards to all current and previous customers, as well as happy birthday emails.
  • 7. CONCLUDING STATEMENT In the United States alone, more than 185 million people have social media accounts. That makes those people active recipients of our advertisements. With a virtually unlimited reach, the pure scope of our business is endless. The amount of people, and businesses that we can reach and influence is bigger then it ever has been and will only continue to grow. Investing in us, is investing in the future of advertisement as we know it.
