"I feel special recognition needs to be made for Ceola's extreme patience and perserverance in
processing the continual stream of late time tickets.
Ceola takes the time everyday to enter into the timesheet log all employees who have not turned in
timesheets. She then follows up with polite and pleasant weekly email reminders to those individuals
whose timesheets remain oustanding per date - some of which result in 3 and 4 follow up emails. This
may be viewed as simply being part of her job, and yes it is, however, this part of her job could be
reduced/eliminated (and save the company $$$) if others in the organization would adhere to the policy of
daily timesheet submission. There are a few opportunities as a staff employee in the accounting
department to make a difference within the organization, but here is an opportunity for one individual to
cut costs by relying on others to do what is expected."

a sea of papers. With the onsetof several showsoccurringbackto back if not overlappinginthe past
months,the incomingmail wasenormousanddifficultforAPtokeepupwithit. Ceolahelpedtoopen
and code the mail,and mostrecentlycaughtupthe large mountainof filingthatseemedtobe never-
ending. Thankyouso muchfor the TEAM effort.
