• Breakdowns can be extremely dangerous especially on a motorway
• On motorways evacuate passengers unless there is more danger outside
• On other roads passengers should stay inside vehicle
• SOS phone or a mobile phone to call assistance (112)
• Inform base
• Supervise and reassure passengers.
