CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility)
Corporate social responsibility leading a great role in corporate
financial performance of any organization. As,in this article that
companies should implement the concept of CSR. In Pakistan this type
of change should be made. People think that it will make their revenue
less by donating money in to social activities. CSR is a type of social
dividend that a company should pay to the society from where the
company get profit they should return them in the form of CSR.
There are many ways to implement CSR such as:
Education.
Increase in salaries.
Donating in Hospitals.
Donating in national disaster etc.
In Pakistan this is new but this article about Oil and gas companies in
Pakistan has shown that how a company can get benefits by implement
CSR. It will help them in many ways this article shows that by doing this
the employees of the company became more loyal to their work when
they see that their company is doing well for the people. The
environment of the company becomes more ethical. As ,in this article by
showing the correlation between CSR Practices and its impact on net
revenue after paying tax the correlation showed positive findings. For
companies it is very helpful in many ways such as;
Positive results in stock market.
Increasing social performance score in CSP (Corporate social
performance) also it will increase good will in society which will
attract people to invest in your organization.
It will engage employees positively in the organization.
