Come in and take the placement test
We use “Accuplacer” to assess
Reading, Writing, and Mathlevels forclass placement
Placement tests are free the first time.
Ourtesting centeris openforwalk-inplacement testing

Attend a “New Student Advising Session”
At the new student advising session you will meet all of the advisors. They will
talkto the group about general information about Chemeketa, and about

The advisors will also sit down with each student individually and talkto you
about yourprograminterest, lookat yourplacement test scores, talkabout
what the placement means foryou and yourprogram, help you to pickout
classes forthe first termand teach you how to registerforyourclasses. They
will also answerany otherquestions you have about getting started.
