The document presents the results of two cross-tabulation analyses examining the relationship between (1) work motivation and performance, and (2) leadership style and performance. For the first analysis, employees with high work motivation demonstrated better performance than those with low motivation. The second analysis found that employees performed better under democratic versus autocratic leadership styles. Both analyses found significant relationships between the variables examined.
