My friend was frustrated trying to find an affordable personal loan until I introduced him to peer-to-peer lending. We met with a financial adviser who explained that peer-to-peer lending is a process where people invest money or borrow money from each other through an online platform. My friend applied through our local financial company, they verified his income but did not check his credit score since he was new to loans. Through peer-to-peer lending my friend was able to get a loan at a reasonable interest rate without the burden of high interest payments.

Leadership is a psychological process of influencing and motivating followers. The English word "leadership" originates from an ancient root meaning "to go forth and die in battle." Qualities of a good leader include physical and mental abilities, technical skills, experience, qualifications, communication skills, flexibility, courage, tenacity, and patience. Dhirubhai Ambani was one of India's most successful businessmen and leaders who founded Reliance Industries. He taught India to "think big, think fast, think ahead" and that "ideas are no one's monopoly." As an effective leader, Ambani was always focused on achieving his goals and looking beyond just the next immediate task or deadline.

SkyViewer: An in-browser solution to fast video callingKaivalya Shah
This document summarizes the SkyViewer computer networks project created by four students. SkyViewer allows for in-browser video chatting using WebRTC without plugins. It supports major browsers and platforms. The motivation was to create a seamless video chatting website without downloads. WebRTC enables this through standards for connectivity, encryption, and adapting to network conditions. Users can chat by entering a temporary username on the website to connect in their browser in a peer-to-peer fashion. The project implements WebRTC, PubNub for signaling, and other modules to handle connections, media streams, and integration with TURN servers. Future improvements include calling features and remote access abilities.
The Montreal Protocol aimed to phase out ozone depleting substances to protect the ozone layer. It was agreed in 1987 and entered into force in 1989. It has undergone several revisions to strengthen commitments. Key ozone depleting substances like CFCs and HCFCs are being phased out according to set timelines. As a result of compliance, the ozone layer is projected to recover by 2050-2070, demonstrating the Protocol's effectiveness through international cooperation.
This document provides an overview of xerography, the process of dry photocopying. It describes how xerography works, beginning with uniformly charging a photoconductor drum coated with selenium. When a document is imaged onto the drum with a laser, the illuminated areas discharge, leaving a latent electric image. Toner particles are then deposited onto the drum, adhering to the charged image areas. The toner image is transferred to paper using an electric field and then fused using heat and pressure. Xerography was invented by Chester Carlson in 1938 and relies on the unique property of photoconductors to conduct electricity when exposed to light.

Carrer goals.pptx and their importance in real lifeartemacademy2
Career goals serve as a roadmap for individuals, guiding them toward achieving long-term professional aspirations and personal fulfillment. Establishing clear career goals enables professionals to focus their efforts on developing specific skills, gaining relevant experience, and making strategic decisions that align with their desired career trajectory. By setting both short-term and long-term objectives, individuals can systematically track their progress, make necessary adjustments, and stay motivated. Short-term goals often include acquiring new qualifications, mastering particular competencies, or securing a specific role, while long-term goals might encompass reaching executive positions, becoming industry experts, or launching entrepreneurial ventures.
Moreover, having well-defined career goals fosters a sense of purpose and direction, enhancing job satisfaction and overall productivity. It encourages continuous learning and adaptation, as professionals remain attuned to industry trends and evolving job market demands. Career goals also facilitate better time management and resource allocation, as individuals prioritize tasks and opportunities that advance their professional growth. In addition, articulating career goals can aid in networking and mentorship, as it allows individuals to communicate their aspirations clearly to potential mentors, colleagues, and employers, thereby opening doors to valuable guidance and support. Ultimately, career goals are integral to personal and professional development, driving individuals toward sustained success and fulfillment in their chosen fields.

2. INTRODUCTION / WORKFLOW
1. Selecting the topic
We decided to interview people about the views on Narendra Modi
because most of the Indians know about him and have opinions.
2. Interviewing
We interviewed 17 people.
3. Analyzing
We analyzed 13 interviews.
4. CONCEPTS USED - KAIVALYA
Composition Fallacy:
I agree with the decisions Modi has taken as the PM, fully because since he came, the
Jan Dhan Yojna, the income declaration scheme then the demonetization that was
recently there. All those were good plans to remove all the terrorism activities, to lower
down the black money count, to remove corruption. All these steps were a good take in
this direction.
Texas Sharpshooter Fallacy:
The mentality of Modi connects with the youth like the swachh bharat abhiyaan. We
have seen that other countries are clean so we also want that our country should be
clean.
Loaded Question:
Foreign policies are good for ourselves because we have always been India India India
but now we have to gotta grow like America is dealing with every people in small corners
of the world. He went everywhere and when Pakistan attacked us, America, who helped
Pakistan for years, have now said that India did the right thing. We attacked them and
still America said India did the right thing, when is that possible?
5. CONCEPTS USED - PARTH
Appeal to Emotion:
The step to reduce the government by Modi was a
good step because I thought so.
Circular Reasoning:
The outcome of the demonetization move can be
decided after 1 or 2 months because I think it's
very early to decide on it.

Argument from Analogy:
Indian cricket team won the world cup in 2011 under the captaincy of
Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Dhoni led his team to victory. Similarly, it is a BJP
government and lots of people are involved in every aspect but its under one
name, so the captain of the team is Narendra Modi.
Appeal to Majority:
If you talk to anyone, any person who analyses the economy, all people say
that Manmohan Singh was dominated by Congress party.
Non Sequitur:
Modi is a good PM because he is a nice orator, he is popular enough and he
fulfills all the criteria and has all the basic qualities that one expects from a
PM.
