This ppt is the first assignment of a Stanford university's venture lab course "A crash course on creativity", given by Professor Tina Seelig. Every group needs to find something in common among members.
In our group, we try to find common things by the photo we took. By the photos and the descriptions of the photos, we figure out what we have in common.
It was not an easy task to find common things with people you just know in a creative way. Even though all the group members are from Asia, living in the same time zone, speaking the same languages, it was still hard to find the common time to discuss, and to convey ideas. However, every one of us enjoys this assignment, and are happy to present you our work :)
A short introduction to Functional Training from the Functional Training Network, Europe's largest group of Functional Trainers. Please feel free to use this presentation for your own education but please respect intellectual rights.
With the increasingly popularity of triathlon, we get a better insight in the overuse injuries caused by this challenging discipline. Functional Training, if applied in a structured way, can lower the risk of injuries AND increase performance for every level of athlete.
Learn how to work ON your business instead of IN your business. Tips and tricks for successful personal trainers and Crossfit box owners on how to maximize profit, serve their clients better and re-gain back their quality time.

7. Other Observations
Attracts mainly due to the saving sales and elegant accessories for young girls…casual store style!
Lulu has its own merchandise line which is stacked into the first few shelves of the detergent section
allowing convenience for customer and encouraging sale of their personal merchandise
8. In Ikea, paper bags are used of polythene bags to create an image of being an environment
friendly brand which encourages customer to shop more from socially responsible company.
At Toys r Us, the products placed just after the entrance are small sized toys, easy to carry…
and lower priced as compared to other products in the store, which include small cars, stuff toys,
cartoon merchandise.
Shopping carts and plastic bags are also located at every corner of shelf.
9. This picture is from Hamleys which shows the different ways to attract kids towards the
store…they help make an environment of a particular store
Elegant entrance-Hallmark
10. Lulu- Merchandise at eyelevel is of medium size range usually with the motive of being sold at
a price which has the greatest profit margin.
