When I'm sad and depressed I always get to hear music, but “all of me” is one
of the few songs that can cheer me up.
The piano background music, the effect of sadness and hope that will not get
many laps to things and make my point more strong. The lyrics is all one can
ask for is actually described as the love between two lovers.
Also, John sings with a hue and so real, unique and special feeling, that makes
more than one tear falls off.
It seems incredible that a simple thing like music, one song makes us alter our
feelings. The power of music is really amazing.

“Sky's the limit” by DJ Antoine
This song makes me happy because it tells that there is no limit and you can do
whatever you want, you are free, and we don't have to think if it is wrong or
right. I like it too because the melody is cheerful and dynamic, it makes you
dance and feel better with only listening the melody, even without
understanding the lyrics.

When I’m sad I usually listen to “Story of my life” by One Direction. The song is
about a boy that broke his relationship with his girlfriend and he wants to return
with her because now he knows that he wants her.

I choose this song because when I'm sad and I find that I have done something
wrong and I would regret everything to return to square one. And this song talks
about this, to start something new, to forget the past and to start from scratch.

If I were Sara I would choose a song that would make me happy or feel the
power of life. So, when I am sad or I just don’t have a good day, the first thing I
do is to turn my radio on and dance to some random music. And the first one is
always Ain’t No Mountain High Enough by Marvin Gaye & Tammi

The thing the I most love about this song is the message in it. It says that no
matter what happens to you, you’re gonna get trough it. Because “There’s no
mountain high enough”. When you have had a bad day if you listen to this
song the power of it is gonna make you smile and forget all your problems and
just be free. When you choose the sibgs you listen you have the power to
control your feelings and emotions, and with this song you know you are going
to feel good with yourself.

I’d choose ‘Missing’ from Evanescence. This song is slow and the lyrics are
about a girl that feels that no one is worried about her. It’s a sad song and
adding that is slow is appropriated to the feeling. Evanescence has another
song I’d choose: ‘Hello’ it’s slow and abstract and Amy Lee, the singer, wrote it
in honor to her little sister who died.

I like to listen to this song when I feel sad or lonely because I think the lyrics can
help you know that you will never be alone, that you will always have a person
who cares about you, your problems and your feelings. A person who loves you
and wants you to be happy and fine; a person who can make anything to see
your smile. And the song means a lot for me because the singer is my idol and
my favourite singer so when I feel that I am alone I play it, I know that I have to
be happy because we’ve got just one life and we have to keep smiling always.

When I’m sad I like to listen “fix you” by Coldplay, because it talks about a sad
person and describes situations that can make you sad (“when you try your best
but you don’t succeed” or “when you get what you want but not what you need”)

6. but it also gives hope to you to keep trying and that everything will be alright
(“lights will guide you home/ and ignite your bones/ and I will try to fix you”). The
song is sad but I think that’s what you need when you’re feeling blue, and for
this reason is why I think this song is good, because it’s sad but it also makes
you feel better.

When I'm sad I usually listen "Forever young" by Alphaville, because my
favourite group did a cover of this song when they started to sing. This song
gives me hopes and sometimes when I’m sensitive makes me feel melancholic.
I think that it is the perfect song for Sara: she’s young and she has to live and
feel a thousand things yet!
