Robert Nesta Marley was a famous Jamaican singer, songwriter, guitarist and activist born in 1945 in Jamaica who died in 1981. He was the frontman of the bands The Wailers and Bob Marley & the Wailers. Some of his most famous songs include "I Shot the Sheriff", "No Woman, No Cry", "Exodus", and "One Love". He helped spread reggae and Jamaican music worldwide.
