Personal Profile; I am a self-motivated and dedicated Quality assurer with 20
years’ experience introducing and managing assessment and verification
systems across a diverse range of qualifications, awarding bodies and centres
including Schools, Further and Higher education colleges, Prisons and
independent training providers.
I have a proven track record of supporting centres to remove awarding body
sanctions and maintain compliance. My Diagnostic skills allow me to
effectively trouble shoot assessment and verification systems across a diverse

· To carry out a systematic audit of sub-contracted provision and action
plan to improve, this could include:
- Learner Journey – application forms, learning agreements, class registers,
class tutor files (SOW, lesson plans etc.)
