- Vision Mission Control is Manheim’s central hub for all program and project related information and shared project management best practices, to enable Manheim to deliver more value-add projects with increased speed and quality.

- I have traveled to more countries than states.
- Monthly audit occurs typically on the 15th of every month I have been here. Clarity is our Project Portfolio Management system which is the centralized management of processes and technologies used by PMs and PMOs to analyze and collectively manage current or proposed projects based on a number of characteristics. Information is exported here as a data only excel file where we lock user accounts after 30 days of inactivity.
- Here is the list of ideas currently pending approval or unapproved. Some ideas are converted under a fast-path budget ($25,000 or less) or normal budget, but could be denied and slow down the conversion process due to failure to fill out required information. We convert the idea to generate a ATC21332 to submit to Project Accounting to continue the project moving forward.
- Interactive Flight Plan: Visualize a way to present impacting projects across Manheim to focus on, but not limited to the following: Active Projects on a National and Local scale Impact Level of Projects Department Activity How? Training sessions and materials conducted and created by Mission Control Marketing: Roadshows, email, one-on-one’s Communication via Fuel, Email, Videos
- I was once told by Bridges to build relationships, BUT also maintain those relationships throughout Cox Enterprises. Capitalize on the opportunity of a lifetime. This allowed me to get out of my normal zone of comfort and build up the courage to speak to Leadership and see how they got to where they are today.
- Besides the pounds I acquired from coffee and lunch with these individuals in addition to the endless amount of career advice for seniors trying to transition out of college life. In regards to my future I have learned how to capitalize and make the most out of an enormous opportunity no matter what role I am in.
