Supplementary Monthly Review Signoff:
SKYROCKET BOWLING ALLEY is committed to maintaining the implementation of a two-metre physical distance
protocol as established by the Government of Canada.
SKYROCKET BOWLING ALLEY will limit capacity to 20 customers at a time, plus an additional three staff members and
occasional visits from management (see below). Each bowling lane will be limited to use by one household with a
maximum of 4 people. Every-other lane in sequence along the bowling lanes will be closed, cutting our available and
active lanes to 50%. Signage will be posted on the front doors stating capacity limits.
01. The Foyer entryway - specifically, the canteen and registration counter - will enforce physical distancing by placing
floor markings to institute the required space and direct the line in an appropriate direction should a line build.
01a. a plexiglass barrier with holes for passing payment has been installed at the cash register.
02a. Communal ketchup and mustard dispensers have been temporarily removed and replaced with individual
packets.
02. Seating for food and beverage consumption has been temporarily removed. Patrons are encouraged to enjoy
their snacks in the seating available in their assigned bowling lane area.
03. Staff is limited to three at a time: one for lane and general building maintenance, two for game and canteen sales;
one assigned to collecting payment, the other to distribution of shoes, score cards, food, and beverages - each
separated by markings to establish their dedicated work zones behind the counter. Management will occasionally be
on site and will primarily work from the administrative office. Occasional interaction will be required and social
distancing will be in effect. This will be the one circumstance in which on-site personnel totals may exceed 23.
03a. Management will primarily work off-site and have posted a telephone number behind the registration counter
and have encouraged contact from employees at any time for guidance.
03b. As per scheduling, management will assign a dedicated staff member to act in the role of Supervisor in place
of owners/management being on site. This person will be responsible for overseeing that safe practices are
diligently staying in place throughout the facility while on shift, including active screening and monitoring upon
entry into the facility.
03c. Staff break times will be pre-assigned at the discretion of management and limited to one person at a time to
consider physical distancing and non-peak times.
04. Bathrooms will remain open and limited to use by one person at a time. Signage will be posted on mens, women's,
and accessible washroom doors. Physical distancing floor markers will be in place from the doors should a line form.

HAND WASHING & RESPIRATORY PROTECTION
EMPLOYEES
SKYROCKET BOWLING ALLEY has initiated a mandate
requiring all employees to wear respiratory protection and
maintain consistent hand washing and/or sanitization
while at work. Employees will be required to wear face
masks (non-medical is acceptable), wash hands with anti-
bacterial soap on a regular basis, and are encouraged to
use hand sanitizer (containing a minimum of 60% alcohol)
after each interaction with clients or after touching a
shared surface should hand washing not practical or
efficient.
Anti-bacterial soap, hand sanitizer, and medical-grade
face coverings will be supplied by management for use by
staff on site and located in appropriate areas for use.
PATRONS
Bowling patrons are encouraged to use hand sanitizer
upon entry. This will be found in two locations: at the
entry of the facility, and at the halfway point along bowling
lanes for quicker access for customers. Both will be on a
small table placed by management. Signage will be posted
at each station.
While customers are not required to wear face coverings,
it is highly encouraged given the type of public space.
Anti-bacterial soap and hand sanitizer will be supplied by
management for use by customers and located in
appropriate areas for use.
Hot and cold water, and paper towel is available for all.
HYGIENE COMMUNICATIONS
Posters with appropriate messaging will be posted at the
front entry screening point and shared on Skyrocket
Bowling Alley social media channels. This includes PPE
encouragement, cough, sneezing, and hand washing
etiquette, and the Government of Canada mandated
directions for effective hand washing at all sinks.

  • 3. SKYROCKET BOWLING ALLEY is committed to maintaining the implementation of a two-metre physical distance protocol as established by the Government of Canada. SKYROCKET BOWLING ALLEY will limit capacity to 20 customers at a time, plus an additional three staff members and occasional visits from management (see below). Each bowling lane will be limited to use by one household with a maximum of 4 people. Every-other lane in sequence along the bowling lanes will be closed, cutting our available and active lanes to 50%. Signage will be posted on the front doors stating capacity limits. 01. The Foyer entryway - specifically, the canteen and registration counter - will enforce physical distancing by placing floor markings to institute the required space and direct the line in an appropriate direction should a line build. 01a. a plexiglass barrier with holes for passing payment has been installed at the cash register. 02a. Communal ketchup and mustard dispensers have been temporarily removed and replaced with individual packets. 02. Seating for food and beverage consumption has been temporarily removed. Patrons are encouraged to enjoy their snacks in the seating available in their assigned bowling lane area. 03. Staff is limited to three at a time: one for lane and general building maintenance, two for game and canteen sales; one assigned to collecting payment, the other to distribution of shoes, score cards, food, and beverages - each separated by markings to establish their dedicated work zones behind the counter. Management will occasionally be on site and will primarily work from the administrative office. Occasional interaction will be required and social distancing will be in effect. This will be the one circumstance in which on-site personnel totals may exceed 23. 03a. Management will primarily work off-site and have posted a telephone number behind the registration counter and have encouraged contact from employees at any time for guidance. 03b. As per scheduling, management will assign a dedicated staff member to act in the role of Supervisor in place of owners/management being on site. This person will be responsible for overseeing that safe practices are diligently staying in place throughout the facility while on shift, including active screening and monitoring upon entry into the facility. 03c. Staff break times will be pre-assigned at the discretion of management and limited to one person at a time to consider physical distancing and non-peak times. 04. Bathrooms will remain open and limited to use by one person at a time. Signage will be posted on mens, women's, and accessible washroom doors. PAGE | 07 HAND WASHING & RESPIRATORY PROTECTION EMPLOYEES SKYROCKET BOWLING ALLEY has initiated a mandate requiring all employees to wear respiratory protection and maintain consistent hand washing and/or sanitization while at work. Employees will be required to wear face masks (non-medical is acceptable), wash hands with anti- bacterial soap on a regular basis, and are encouraged to use hand sanitizer (containing a minimum of 60% alcohol) after each interaction with clients or after touching a shared surface should hand washing not practical or efficient. Anti-bacterial soap, hand sanitizer, and medical-grade face coverings will be supplied by management for use by staff on site and located in appropriate areas for use. PATRONS Bowling patrons are encouraged to use hand sanitizer upon entry. This will be found in two locations: at the entry of the facility, and at the halfway point along bowling lanes for quicker access for customers. Both will be on a small table placed by management. Signage will be posted at each station. While customers are not required to wear face coverings, it is highly encouraged given the type of public space. Anti-bacterial soap and hand sanitizer will be supplied by management for use by customers and located in appropriate areas for use. Hot and cold water, and paper towel is available for all. HYGIENE COMMUNICATIONS Posters with appropriate messaging will be posted at the front entry screening point and shared on Skyrocket Bowling Alley social media channels. This includes PPE encouragement, cough, sneezing, and hand washing etiquette, and the Government of Canada mandated directions for effective hand washing at all sinks.   • 5. RISK ASSESSMENT CANADA WIDE STANDARD - AVAILABLE ON CANADA.CA/CORONAVIRUS THE INITIAL RISK ASSESSMENT WILL DETERMINE THE LEBVEL OF RISK FOR YOUR WORK SPACE. THIS WILL INFORM HOW TO BEST MOVE FORWARD WITH YOUR OWN OPERATIONAL STRUCTURE PLAN Initial risk assessment review to determine regulation needs for the work space and use of PPE - administrative, capacity, traffic flow, etc. Isolation Elements – are there requirements for plexiglass barriers, physical distancing of work spaces or clients?  PHYSICAL DISTANCING:  TWO-METER PHYSICAL DISTANCE PRACTICE REQUIRED  SUBSEQUENT: SPECIFC TO BUSINESS Employees, customers/clients - consider flow of traffic within the space  Furniture Arrangement (2m apart)  Visual Communication Cues (I.e. markings on the floor)  Instillation of physical barriers or partitions – required? Feasible?   Avoidance of group gatherings – staggered start, end, and break times, common areas including entrances, foyers, stairs, changing rooms, etc.). Consider:  • Staff Reduction (Work from Home, staggered start times)  • Risk for employees while mindful of unavoidable brief interactions  • One-way traffic flow zones  HYGIENE – HAND & RESPIATORY  Promote persistent handwashing   Handwash stations including hot & cold water, soap, and paper towel or individual towelettes for disposal or wash  Hand Sanitizer available in common areas (minimum 60% alcohol)   Hygiene Communication requirements  Review the space for shared equipment and objects and common areas and determine increased frequency of cleaning surfaces.   FUNCTION ELEMENTS/EQUIP.
