I have 9 years within ICT telecommunication sector. My tenure under Network Service Assurance as Support
Tier 2 Engineer supportingall Core Switching Network elements(MSC,HLR,STP ) and supportingall VAS Network

centre environments is 8 years.
This eight years within Technical Support as a Valued Added Service Engineer has given me quite a outlined
exposure. I was commissioned on all Network Project while being a within Service Assurance as operation
specialistwithin CDMA CORE, Intelligent Platformand VAS Platforms and LTE Network. My Project skills asan
engineer on the CDMA Voice Core network, Intelligent Network Prepaid Service VAS, FIN (Fixed Intelligent
network (PPS ,PPC, Toll Free numbers) and OCS Platforms is highly immerse where I have been part of a team
implement and planning prepaid networks from Operational and Implementation toll gate and at times to re-
design Planning Engineer on Project. I commission Platforms from Bill of Material to Ready for Service (RFS)
stage and dealing with all faults within prepaid VAS environment. (MAP, INAP, CAMEL, CAP, SMPP, Diameter
and Radius,SS7 and SIGTRAN and assisttheCore Team as we were small team.
