Dear Sir /Madam ,
Application for the role of Gas and heating engineer.
I have recently seen your advert for the role of Gas engineer which has been
advertised on an online employment search engine. Please find enclosed my
CV detailing my qualifications and experiences to date.
I am a qualified Gas engineer to Level 3 NVQ . This was quite a smooth
transition from my previous employment as an aviation engineer ,with having
already an in depth knowledge and 9 years experience working similarly with
mechanical equipment . Predominantly fault finding , breakdown and
servicing on both fixed and rotary wing aircraft
I have also prior work experience of around two months within both
installation and breakdown departments at Home-serve, and i am now very
excited to say I am confident to hopefully be considered for a position/role
that I can be involved in.
I am a very hands on person, hence my choice in career, and would like to
continue learning, training and improving my skill-set. I am a methodical
person who enjoys working to a set of rules and procedures, and therefore
working with gas, and gas appliances, means that you need to be strict,
following precautions at all times.
I am available for an interview at short notice , and should you have any
questions , please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to answer
any questions you may have.
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and CV
Yours sincerely
Liam-Ross jackson
