As a bachelor in law and postgraduate in public administration, management and politics, I have build a
fulfilling career by balancing my leadership and coaching skills and resources allocations and management in
all my jobs and positions where I built a strong network of administrators and managers worldwide from
different fields and disciplines to share our knowledge in term of innovation, change management and
performance.
I will bring to this position and organization those key proficiencies:
-Management: with more than 10 years of management and administrative experience with a genuine
commitment to improve the services delivery and quality and image of the organization.
- Resources management: with an extensive knowledge on the effective allocation of human and financial
resources and audit and control tools in different projects and it time of change and crisis.
- Collaboration, mediation and negotiation skills: necessary in our nowadays complex professional, economic
and social environment to cope with competitions, market norms and rules and strengthen the
organization's position.
-The human development: from my HR experience through coaching, mentoring and assessment of
competencies, abilities and workplace sociology and decision making process thinking for managers.
In addition to my academic qualifications and professional experiences, I will bring my professional
accreditation in project management, effective management, negotiation skills and communication. Those
core and soft and transferable skills are my assets for any position and job in this changing professional
environment.
