This document provides the course description and assessment details for BUHRM 5912 Human Resource Management. Students must complete an individual assignment on either critically discussing the importance of achieving congruence between an organization's strategy, structure and HRM practices, or examining the differences between internal and external analyses of labor supply for human resource planning and why both are necessary. The assignment will be assessed based on demonstrated understanding, quality of analysis, application of solutions, writing and presentation. Additional resources for research are provided.
