The Teachers must esteem the students and serve them with holy fervor, not despising their flaws. They should ask God for zeal, meekness, humility, vigilance, prudence, firmness, and charity. Teachers must be dependent on the Head Teacher, giving regular accounts and following her orders, especially regarding discipline. They should show affection to students but not diminish the Head Teacher's authority. Simplicity should govern lessons according to the Regulations, with religion as the primary focus. Teachers must maintain dignity and avoid familiarity, repressing emotion, and correcting students with meekness, affability, and simplicity. This meekness should be observed in all conduct, particularly in pardoning one another's defects
