Each learner on an Inspired Leadership
Journey requires a license before they
can start. The license can only be
activated by Inspired Leadership.
The full Inspired Leadership license fee
is invoiced to the channel partner before
the license is activated.
The license paid per learner covers:
 All the digital content
 Reflection Journal
 360 feedback
 Daily Memo trainer
 Communications
 Reporting
 Administration Support
The license is fixed at $360 per learner
per path (this comprises of Kick-off; 4
modules; Checkpoint & is likely to take
5-6 months to complete end to end)

Channel Partners has full discretion over the pricing structure the
Channel partner presents to the client / company.
Items that are non-negotiable:
 Fixed license fee of $360 per learner per path / 6 month duration.
Items that are controlled and set by the Channel Partner:
 Facilitator fee - (typically you would have a structure that makes financial sense
to both Channel Partner and Facilitator while retaining the long-term services
of the facilitator.)
 Management fee - mark-up etc which represents the profit for the Channel
Partner.
The facilitator fee is typically the same regardless of the number
of people in a learning group(cohort) & needs to be negotiated
with the facilitator. Our tools guide and help you with this
aspect.
