APAM originally acquired the property as part of Project Titan with 3.5 years remaining on the lease, and subsequently negotiated a 10-year extension to create a 13.5 year lease. The sale capitalized on demand for long-term leased, high-quality office space in the Southeast and demonstrated APAM's asset management strategy of improving properties. Tritax views the acquisition as a strong addition to its initial property portfolio.
