Mr. Eddie Efekoha
MD/CEO
CONSOLIDATED HALLMARK INSURANCE PLC
Mr. Efekoha is the Managing
Director/Chief Executive Officer of
Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc. He
holds a Bachelor's degree in Insurance
and a Masters degree in Business
Administration both from the University
of Lagos.
Since graduation Eddie had worked in
various capacities at Everyman Insurance
Brokers, Hogg Robinson Nigeria, and
Glanvill Enthoven & Co (Nig.) where he
left as Executive Director (Technical) in
1997 to pioneer the effective take off of
Fountain Insurance Brokers Ltd as its
Managing Director/Chief Executive.
He was the Vice Chairman/CEO of
Consolidated Risk Insurers Plc before his
current appointment.
A Fellow of both the Chartered Insurance
Institutes of London and Nigeria, Eddie
has attended several local and
international courses in both Insurance
and Management.
He is an alumnus of Harvard Business
School, a council member of the
Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria
and the deputy chairman of the Nigeria
Insurers Association (NIA).
Mr. Adebola Akindele
MD/CEO
B.Agric, FCA, MBF. Extensive banking
and audit experience spanning over 20
Years across various banking institutions.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking and
networking skills.
He was recently awarded a Honorary
Fellowship from Ravensbourne College,
UK for his outstanding impact on the
educational system in Africa.
The Founder and Group Managing
Director of Courteville Business
Solutions, a business process outsourcing
and information technology solutions
company. I have had over three decades
of professional experience spanning
audit, banking, business development,
and information technology.
With leadership as sets from my team of
executives and I have helped the
strengthening of Courteville’s culture of
innovation, expansion of the company
into new markets, and extension of its
product portfolio. In 2008-9, the
company’s initial public offering and
listing on the Nigerian Stock Exchange
was done setting a record as the first
business process outsourcing and e-
business solutions development company

CUSTODIAN AND ALLIED PLC
Wole is the founder and Group Managing
Director of Custodian and Allied Plc.
Having graduated from the University of
Lagos with a B.Sc. in Actuarial Science,
Wole at various times worked at the
National Insurance Corporation of
Nigeria (NICON), Femi Johnson &
Company Limited (Insurance Brokers)
and Crusader Insurance Plc, from where
he left to found Custodian in 1994.
Wole has over 26 years' experience in
Insurance Underwriting/Claims,
Marketing and Investment. He serves on
the Board of several companies and was
on the Presidential Committee that set up
the reforms in the Pensions Industry.
Wole is a past Chairman of the Nigerian
Insurers Association, former Council
member of the West Africa Insurance
Institute (WAII), a member of the Council
of the West African Insurance Companies
Association (WAICA). He is a Fellow of
the Chartered Insurance Institute of
Nigeria and an Associate of the Chartered
Insurance Institute, U.K. He is the first
and only African and also a Director of
the International Insurance Society (IIS)
New York, the elite society of insurance
companies worldwide.He is an alumnus
of the Harvard Business School.
He is the current President of the Lagos
Business School Alumni Association
(LBSAA).
