• In Finland, Emergency Powers Act at 18th March
• The police forbids more than 10 persons' public events
• Passenger traffic of Finland's borders closes
• Allowed: transporting of freight and if necessary travel to work
• The schools move mainly to the distance education, except:
• Children classes 1.-3. if parents critical workforce
• Daycare & preschool open but recommended children at home if possible
• People allowed to go out
• Food shops open
• Restaurants => ‘take away’ only

interruptions, more flexible.”
• Travelling to work: ”less people, made a new friend nice!”
• Remote: ”More flexible, no interruptions. IT connections crucial, have
worked well. Support in work flows from colleagues important. Zoom-
meetings important; as a shy person it has been easier to talk in online
meetings. UH communication works well!”
”Webinars work well, even before. Important to have colleagues on site.”
”Coffee breaks & meetings important. Both big and small groups.”
”Uncertainty in the beginning overstressed.”
” This happened at the springtime, it has been nice to follow the waking of
