Various clubs and groups have meetings and practices this week. The cafeteria is serving pasta, meatballs, mac and cheese, and salads for $5-6. Easy interactions and good business happen when common interests are highlighted and shared goals are defined. Publications are printed every two months: Jan/Feb, March/April, May/June, July/Aug, Sept/Oct and Nov/Dec, and include articles on hunting, fishing and the outdoors. You can always find sections dedicated to children, veterans, women, and the physically challenged in our publication encouraging outdoor participation. The Woodlands Action Guide - Spring 2014

COR Summer Adventure Guide 2017
Each year, COR seeks to facilitate meaningful summer opportunities intended to explore our city and region. Participants are challenged to participate in new recreational and leisure activities alongside friends and supports. From May to August, COR’s Summer Adventure activities include: kayaking, sailing, hiking, canoeing, camping, nature trekking, Geo Caching, urban BBQ’s, outdoor sports, exploring urban and provincial parks, festivals and celebrations to name a few. Participation is open to all COR individuals, supports, family and friends.

Fluttering Families is a nonprofit organization that supports families of children with special needs. Their focus is to help these families, which they call "butterflies", enjoy typical childhood moments together and feel valued in the community. They host various events throughout the year, such as an Easter egg hunt, a Valentine's dance, and visits with Santa, that are inclusive of special needs families and provide an accepting environment for them to socialize without judgment. Their primary fundraiser, the Kaleidoscope 5k, helps support these family-focused events and activities.

A meeting for senior girls volleyball will be held at lunch in room 224. The junior girls volleyball sign up sheet is posted outside the gym office and tryouts are November 14.
