Coppernico Metals is exploring mineral projects in South America with the goal of making world-class copper and gold discoveries. Their largest project is located in Peru and covers 130,000 hectares of land prospective for copper and gold mineralization. The project shows similarities to major nearby mines and has seen little past exploration. Coppernico plans to pursue community agreements and environmental permitting in 2022 to allow for an initial drill program at their highest priority target on the property. The company is led by an experienced technical team formerly with companies like Newmont and aims to unlock value from underexplored regions in South America.
