This document contains a list of potential questions that may be asked in a job interview. There are over 30 questions grouped into categories such as questions about the applicant's background and qualifications, their interest in and fit for the position and company, work history, management style, goals and interests outside of work. Common questions include asking applicants to describe their relevant qualifications and experience, why they are interested in the company and position, what they can contribute, their management approach and work style, reasons for leaving previous roles, and career goals and interests.
