This document outlines the rights and duties of an agent according to Indian contract law. It defines an agent as a person employed to act for or represent another person, called the principal.  As an agent has certain rights,he has to
perform certain duties for the principal.
 An agent owes a number of duties to his
principal depending upon the nature of his
work and his agency.
