It discusses conducting an MVP pilot focused on vegans in New Zealand to test demand and crowdsourcing. The plan is to expand to other diets/locations over 3 phases costing $2,500-$25,000. Revenue models include premium apps, targeted ads, data/API sales. The conclusion is this could improve on competitors and be cash positive in its first year.
