In addition to print materials provided on-site, we will also
direct new voters and participants to our micro site, which
will be chock-full of information for them to absorb. These
same messages will be delivered by artists while on stage, at
community events, and in the media.
On the back-end, we will pivot our voter registration drive to
a get-out-the-vote effort (GOTV). The format will remain the
same as far as events go but will include fund raising efforts
as well. However, our push will be solely on the importance
of exercising ones right to vote. Influencers will push the
message via social media and at the events.
On the front-end of the effort, our operation’s core focus will
be voter registration. As a result, our concerts/rallies will
be staffed by an army of volunteers and staff prepared to
register voters, provide them with issue-based materials, and
let them know where they can go to vote on Election Day
or how they can participate in early voting (depending on
which state they reside in).
