OF ISOMAT
ISOMAT offers a full range of high quality chemical
additives for the concrete industry. The company’s
concrete additives product line includes water reducers,
setting and hardening accelerators, retarders and a wide
range of specialty additives.
The latest development in concrete additives is the
ADIUM brand, which consists of polycarboxylate based
additives. Compared to the conventional ones, they
predominate in the performance, because they offer high
water reduction, great flowability, or high slump retention
at low dosage.
These properties are attributed to the specifically
designed chemical structure, as well as to the unique
working mechanism of ADIUM, differing significantly from
the working mechanism of the conventional
superplasticizers, which are based on polymer chains of
modified lignosulfonates, sulphonated naphthalene-
based and melamine-based polycondensates.
The ADIUM products offer the maximum dispersibility of
the additive in the mix and help to avoid agglomeration.

Broad-use new generation concrete superplasticizer
DESCRIPTION - APPLICATION
Liquid polycarboxylic-based admixture acting as concrete superplasticizer.
When added during preparation of concrete, reduces water demand up to 20%.
When added to the ready-mixed concrete improves significantly its workability
(fluid concrete), without need of additional water.
Certified by ELOT (Greek Standardization Organism) as concrete superplasticizer
according to ELOT EN 934-2:T3.1 and T3.2. to ELOT ΕΝ 934-2:T11.1 and T11.2.

New generation superplasticizer based on polycarboxylates
DESCRIPTION - APPLICATION
Liquid polycarboxylic-based admixture acting as as concrete superplasticizer.
When added during preparation of concrete, reduces water demand up to 25%.
When added to the ready-mixed concrete improves significantly its workability
(self-compacting concrete) without need of additional water. Ideal for long-time
delivery of ready-mixed concrete when long slump retention and workability is
required. Certified by ELOT (Greek Standardization Organism) as concrete
superplasticizer - setting retarder according to ELOT ΕΝ 934-2:T11.1 and T11.2.

6. ADIUM 132
Νew generation superplasticizer for long-time delivery of concrete
DESCRIPTION - APPLICATION
ADIUM 132 is a new generation polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer specially
developed for the production of ready-mix concrete where high workability, excellent
slump retention, high strength and durability are required. When added during the
preparation of concrete, reduces the water demand up to 25%. When added to the
ready-mixed concrete improves significantly its workability (self-compacting
concrete) without need of additional water. It is classified as a concrete
superplasticizer - setting retarder according to ELOT ΕΝ 934-2: T11.1 and T11.2.

ADIUM 145 is a new generation polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer specially

increases its setting time. Suitable for formulating high strength concrete, exposed
concrete, pumpable concrete etc. Certified by ELOT (Greek Standardization
Organism) as concrete superplasticizer - setting retarder according to ELOT ΕΝ

DESCRIPTION - APPLICATION
Concrete superplasticizer (ASTM C-494: Type A, F). When added to ready-mixed
concrete, increases workability without decreasing strength.
When added during concrete preparation, reduces the amount of water required
(reduction of w/c ratio) thus increasing strength. Certified by ELOT

10. ADINOL-RAPID 2H
Hardening accelerator for concrete
DESCRIPTION - APPLICATION
Hardening accelerator for concrete. It accelerates the process of growth of initial
strength of concrete without affecting negatively the final strength. It contributes
to the fast abstraction of formwork facilitating thus the fast casting. Certified by
ELOT (Greek Standardization Organism) as hardening accelerator for concrete
according to ELOT EN 934-2:T7.

11. AQUAMAT ADMIX
Crystalline waterproofing admixture for concrete
DESCRIPTION - APPLICATION
AQUAMAT ADMIX consists of cement and special active chemicals, which react
with moisture and free lime in fresh concrete, creating insoluble crystalline
compounds. These crystals seal the capillaries and minor shrinkage cracks
inside concrete and thus they offer protection against penetration of water
under strong hydrostatic pressure. It is suitable for any type of concrete element
that is constantly or temporarily in contact with water, such as foundations,
basements, water tanks, tunnels, canals, sewage and wastes treatment tanks,
swimming pools etc.

POROLIT-LP
Air entraining admixture for concrete
DESCRIPTION - APPLICATION
Air entraining agent for concrete in liquid form. It promotes the uniform distribution
of microscopic air bubbles throughout the cement matrix. POROLIT-LP is a
necessary aid for preparing high strength concrete in frost conditions. It also
facilitates compaction of concrete, reduces segregation and significantly improves
workability and pumpability. It is suitable for concrete roads for vehicles or airplane
runways, for dams, bridges etc.
