2010 – First electronic submissions allowed to
accommodate students with conflicts on day of
State competition.
2011 – Official Judge Training program started.
2012 – Change of limitations from 2 Events per
Category per Level to 15 events per judge
provided.
2013 – Music Category added.
2014 – University and College students can
participate at High School levels (each
semester equals a year)
