Why is it important?
In what has historically been a paper-based industry, Docupace creates a paperless new business work flow process
and archiving capability. It also meets the greatest levels of compliance and security required in our highly regulated
environment. Docupace has improved the overall new business process and principal review turnaround times for
Concorde since April 2013, essentially making it easier to get things done. Specifically, Docupace provides:

What is it?
Laser App is an industry-leading forms filling solution, with a single repository housing all of your necessary forms
centrally and updated regularly. Concorde has both the traditional Laser App Enterprise (desktop) version and the
Laser App Anywhere (web-based version) available.
Why is it important?
Making it easier than ever to do business at Concorde starts with new business. Laser App aggregates our
Concorde broker-dealer and RIA forms, Pershing and RBC clearing firm forms, fund company, insurance, annuity
and other custodial documents for forms population. Pre-filling of forms saves time and reduces frustration over
manual forms filling, increasing your productivity.

Laser App works “off the shelf” by integrating seamlessly with over 60 software solutions, including Redtail,

DocuSign e-Signing Solution
What is it?
DocuSign provides fast and secure electronic signing, adopted by the greatest share of financial services firms
today, to most efficiently manage and complete business transactions online. DocuSign provides legally binding
signatures allowing financial professionals to free up time and effort by reducing or eliminating the more time inten-
sive “wet signature” based processes.
Why is it important?
• E-signatures make getting documents signed by clients or other contacts quick and easy—without the need
to have forms printed for wet signature.
• E-signatures are currently integrated with tools already on the Concorde technology platform-- Docupace
and Laser App. You are able to easily pre-fill your client forms (using Docupace and/or Laser App), sending
them to your clients for review/ signature, and then track delivery through the process!
• DocuSign is web-based, so there is no need to install any special hardware.
• Through DocuSign, you obtain ESIGN-compliant eSignatures that are legally binding and securely stored.

tional, effective, low-cost solution to submitting new business cases for review, approval, and archiving, appealing

• Limited or no interest /proficiency in technology
• Desire to shift the responsibility to Concorde back office team

Service Description
• 90 day grace period for new financial professionals transitioning to Concorde (concierge is complimentary
while onboarding )
• Post 90 days onboarding, financial professionals may choose to either migrate to using Docupace inde-
pendently/ DIY, or to “opt-in” to the Concierge service as a fee-for-service
• Pricing is $50 per submitted work item/ piece of new business, charged monthly by the finance department,
against your incoming commissions
• Signed and properly completed new business should be routed via email directly to newbusiness@concordeis.com

Financial Planning Tools
What is it?
Concorde Asset Management is assessing industry-leading financial planning tools in order to allow advisers to
create high-quality financial plans assessing client’s college, retirement, estate and Social Security planning, asset
allocation and insurance needs analysis.
Concorde is also assessing tools that will integrate with Concorde’s Redtail CRM and asset management platform.

What new enhancements are being released?
• Docupace’s new user interface has been developed with an eye toward a more user-friendly, easier naviga-
tion. (Pilot program Q2 2016 - full release Q3 2016)
• eDelivery will allow clients to receive e-notifications, privacy policy statements and copies of completed
forms directly from Docupace. This reduces the overall mail and postage cost, and turnaround time on com-
munications to your clients! (Q3 2016)
• Client Centralized Vault provides the ability for clients to access their most trusted documents from Docu-
pace’s client-based portal-- online, any time, anywhere. (Q3 2016)
• AI Solutions allows financial professionals to generate a tailored list of clients within their book of business -
matching to the borker dealer, product, state and federal eligibility requirements! This new innovation stream-
lines the process and reduces overall processing time! (Q3 2016)
• DOL solutions will be necessary to address recent regulatory rules! Docupace is part of Concorde’s next
steps to deliver systems and reporting to meet these needs. (Q1 2017)
