Docupace
What is it?
Docupace is the industry leading web-based, electronic, fully integrated document management and work flow
solution. Docupace’s “Starting Point” also contains a forms repository to efficiently prepare new business docu-
ments and submit to the Concorde back office for supervisory review.
Why is it important?
In what has historically been a paper-based industry, Docupace creates a paperless new business work flow process
and archiving capability. It also meets the greatest levels of compliance and security required in our highly regulated
environment. Docupace has improved the overall new business process and principal review turnaround times for
Concorde since April 2013, essentially making it easier to get things done. Specifically, Docupace provides:
•	 Security for your e-filing cabinets and documents with access based on your team’s user roles & permissions
•	 Ability for sales supervisors to review and stamp your new business submissions all within the system— trig-
gering email notifications to you for approved business (and also business not in good order for expedited
resolution)
•	 Searchable notes and retrieving are audit ready and configurable based on Concorde’s operational and com-
pliance needs
•	 Approved Third-Party Provider for SEC/FINRA 17a-3 books and records, supervision and disaster recovery
•	 Centralized compliance and auditing functions provide 360-degree view across the entire organization
•	 Enables branch audits from both the home office and your local office

What is it?
Redtail CRM (Contact Relationship Management) is a web-based, user-friendly client management solution de-
signed specifically for financial professionals.
Why is it important?
Redtail is an integrated technology solution, making Concorde financial professional offices more streamlined-- cre-
ating the ability to better maintain long-lasting relationships with existing clients and market to future opportunities.
With online tools for client management, sales automation, client support and marketing automation, Redtail brings
a holistic solution to manage and grow your business.

Albridge
What is it?
Albridge Wealth Reporting (“AWR”) is a web-based solution consolidating multi-custodial client account data from
hundreds of diverse sources, providing aggregated client information instantly. Albridge also provides robust perfor-
mance reporting solutions.
Why is it important?
Given the complexity of broker dealer, RIA and insurance-based business, having aggregated accounting of all client
assets in one place is crucial. Providing performance, historical, asset classification and other reporting to clients is
an integral part of the client meeting process and regular reviews. Specifically Albridge provides:
•	 Consolidated client information from multiple custodians and financial providers
•	 Scalable and reliable web-based portfolio accounting and performance reporting
•	 Reporting of investor performance at the individual holding, asset class, benchmarking, cost basis, account
or household levels on demand and more—for any time period.
•	 Direct feeds pushed to your Redtail CRM for additional ease of reference and a single source of data
•	 Calculate performance using either dollar-weighted or time-weighted returns
•	 Client direct access to Albridge, upon request

Laser App
What is it?
Laser App is an industry-leading forms filling solution, with a single repository housing all of your necessary forms
centrally and updated regularly. Concorde has both the traditional Laser App Enterprise (desktop) version and the
Laser App Anywhere (web-based version) available.
Why is it important?
Making it easier than ever to do business at Concorde starts with new business. Laser App aggregates our
Concorde broker-dealer and RIA forms, Pershing and RBC clearing firm forms, fund company, insurance, annuity
and other custodial documents for forms population. Pre-filling of forms saves time and reduces frustration over
manual forms filling, increasing your productivity.
•	 Laser App Enterprise
Laser App works “off the shelf” by integrating seamlessly with over 60 software solutions, including Redtail,
our platform CRM solution. You also have the ability to import data or key new clients directly into the Laser
App database. Once you have Laser App, forms-filling is as easy as selecting a client and selecting your
forms. The enterprise version is installed and located on a designated computer desktop for your office.
•	 Laser App Anywhere
Redtail CRM data flows directly into Laser App’s mobile forms filling solution. It is a pure web solution that
operates across modern browsers on tablets, Macs, PCs, and even Smart Phones. The system integrates
seamlessly with your Redtail CRM and account opening tools to pre-fill your investment, insurance, advisory,
and broker-dealer forms. Once e-forms are pre-filled, they can be printed, saved, or electronically signed &
securely transmitted.
What new enhancements have been released?
•	 DocuSign e-signing has been enabled for Laser App to make it easier than ever for clients to sign and
authenticate pre-filled forms.

SchwabCT
What is it?
Schwab Compliance Technologies (“SchwabCT”) is a web-based compliance automation provider for the financial
community. SchwabCT automates employee trading, insider trading surveillance, policy affirmations, employee
disclosures, gifts, entertainment, political contributions, marketing and seminar review, customer complaints, regu-
latory inquiries and more.
Why is it important?
This highly scalable hosted platform allows Concorde to manage risk, not paper. Our financial professionals more
predictably submit or respond to requests to the internal compliance team. Examples of content that is managed
through SchwabCT include:

DocuSign e-Signing Solution
What is it?
DocuSign provides fast and secure electronic signing, adopted by the greatest share of financial services firms
today, to most efficiently manage and complete business transactions online. DocuSign provides legally binding
signatures allowing financial professionals to free up time and effort by reducing or eliminating the more time inten-
sive “wet signature” based processes.
Why is it important?
•	 E-signatures make getting documents signed by clients or other contacts quick and easy—without the need
to have forms printed for wet signature.
•	 E-signatures are currently integrated with tools already on the Concorde technology platform-- Docupace
and Laser App. You are able to easily pre-fill your client forms (using Docupace and/or Laser App), sending
them to your clients for review/ signature, and then track delivery through the process!
•	 DocuSign is web-based, so there is no need to install any special hardware.
•	 Through DocuSign, you obtain ESIGN-compliant eSignatures that are legally binding and securely stored.
Every user is assigned a unique ID and leverages knowledge-based authentication, ensuring your client’s
authentication and identity at the time of form signing.

•	 Access to DocuSign is being made available via integration with one of two forms filling solutions- Laser App
and Docupace’s Starting Point. You will first access these applications from the portal (or from the desktop
version of Laser App), sending your forms-filled documents to clients, prospective clients and centers of

What is it?
Microsoft 365 (also referred to as “Office 365”) is a set of productivity software designed to offer a suite of solu-
tions for the business owner. Everything from email, calendaring, contact management, OneDrive/Sites (personal
and group web-based storage and collaboration tools), as well as the more standard Word, PowerPoint, Excel are
available all rolled up into one application!
Why is it important?
•	 It’s your go-to office anywhere, anytime, from any device!

Beacon Research/Variable Annuity Nexus
What is it?
Beacon Research and Variable Annuity Nexus are independent research and application service providers tracking
fixed rate, indexed and variable annuities-- product features, expenses, interest rates, sub-accounts and sales. Their
system supports product development, rate-setting, suitability, and market research. Beacon also provides compre-
hensive, carrier-approved product profiles and software tools for financial professional websites.
Why is it important?
Understanding annuity products can be challenging, even for those proficient with products and their sales. Bea-
con Research reduces what would ordinarily take much time to research into one easy-to-access tool to assist rep-
resentatives, and their clients, with selecting the best solutions to meet their needs for retirement, estate, business,
tax and long-term care planning purposes.

A benefit search and comparison tool are being developed to provide even better capabilities for financial profes-

What is Concorde’s wealth management platform?
Concorde Asset Management (“CAM”) provides you with direct access to end-to-end advisory platforms through both
FolioDynamix and Sawtooth Asset Management. Through these solutions, advisors are provided comprehensive and

Concorde Concierge Service (“CCS”)
What is it?
Concorde Concierge Service (“CCS”) has been designed to provide Concorde’s financial professionals with an addi-
tional, effective, low-cost solution to submitting new business cases for review, approval, and archiving, appealing
to those with:
•	 Limited or no staff
•	 Limited or no interest /proficiency in technology
•	 Desire to shift the responsibility to Concorde back office team
•	 A focus on marketing and organic growth strategies
•	 Desire to free up time!
Service Description
•	 90 day grace period for new financial professionals transitioning to Concorde (concierge is complimentary
while onboarding )
•	 Post 90 days onboarding, financial professionals may choose to either migrate to using Docupace inde-
pendently/ DIY, or to “opt-in” to the Concierge service as a fee-for-service
•	 Pricing is $50 per submitted work item/ piece of new business, charged monthly by the finance department,
against your incoming commissions
•	 Signed and properly completed new business should be routed via email directly to newbusiness@concordeis.com
for broker dealer business, or to rianewbusiness@concordeis.com for RIA/ advisory related business.
•	 A full description of services and an acknowledgment form are located on the Concorde “Vision” portal un-
der “Library” and then “Concorde Concierge Service”.
Concorde Concierge Service Package includes:
•	 Uploading of your client’s new business documents
•	 Creation of your “client folders” and “sub folders” for each type of new business
•	 Indexing of new work items, routing them to the appropriate back office sales supervision team for review
•	 Sales supervisory review and email notification to you upon approval
•	 Facilitation of NIGO resolution
•	 Archiving of your new business documents, post review and approval
•	 Routing of completed documents to operations for commissions payment

Straight Through Processing (“STP”)
What is it?
Straight through processing (“STP”) takes new account opening to the next level! Transmit new business electron-
ically straight from Docupace to select clearing firms, custodians, vendors and insurance companies -- whether di-
rect business, managed accounts, insurance business and brokerage accounts-- to more easily and quickly process
transactions.
Concorde has partnered with Docupace Technologies and has select mutual fund companies onboard! Additional
custodians/vendors are accepting e-delivery of new account applications continually, so stay tuned!

What is it?
Concorde Asset Management is assessing industry-leading financial planning tools in order to allow advisers to
create high-quality financial plans assessing client’s college, retirement, estate and Social Security planning, asset
allocation and insurance needs analysis.
Concorde is also assessing tools that will integrate with Concorde’s Redtail CRM and asset management platform.

What new enhancements are being released?
•	 Docupace’s new user interface has been developed with an eye toward a more user-friendly, easier naviga-
tion. (Pilot program Q2 2016 - full release Q3 2016)
•	 eDelivery will allow clients to receive e-notifications, privacy policy statements and copies of completed
forms directly from Docupace. This reduces the overall mail and postage cost, and turnaround time on com-
munications to your clients! (Q3 2016)
•	 Client Centralized Vault provides the ability for clients to access their most trusted documents from Docu-
pace’s client-based portal-- online, any time, anywhere. (Q3 2016)
•	 AI Solutions allows financial professionals to generate a tailored list of clients within their book of business -
matching to the borker dealer, product, state and federal eligibility requirements! This new innovation stream-
lines the process and reduces overall processing time! (Q3 2016)
•	 DOL solutions will be necessary to address recent regulatory rules! Docupace is part of Concorde’s next
steps to deliver systems and reporting to meet these needs. (Q1 2017)

Each component of the Concorde Platform has its own fact sheet, providing you with the primary contacts to get started, access training, resources and support! The Concorde Platform is accessible from any device; phone, laptop, tablet, etc.
  • 5. CONCORDE PLATFORM 1 Docupace What is it? Docupace is the industry leading web-based, electronic, fully integrated document management and work flow solution. Docupace’s “Starting Point” also contains a forms repository to efficiently prepare new business docu- ments and submit to the Concorde back office for supervisory review. Why is it important? In what has historically been a paper-based industry, Docupace creates a paperless new business work flow process and archiving capability. It also meets the greatest levels of compliance and security required in our highly regulated environment. Docupace has improved the overall new business process and principal review turnaround times for Concorde since April 2013, essentially making it easier to get things done.
