This study analyzed customer reviews on TripAdvisor of four integrated resorts in Macao to identify customer concerns. Through content analysis of 480 reviews, the researchers found: 1) The most frequently mentioned components were hotel, property, food & beverage, and leisure & recreation, not casino. 2) The most common attributes mentioned overall were service, atmosphere, amenities, and variety. However, the most important attributes varied depending on the component discussed. 3) Most comments had a positive valence regardless of the component discussed. The researchers concluded this provides practical implications for integrated resorts to better understand customer concerns and allocate resources, and contributes to literature by examining customer reviews in the context of integrated resorts
