What is business model?
The term business model refers to a company’s plan for making a
profit. It identifies the products or services the business plans to sell, its
identified target market, and any anticipated expenses.
Business models are important for both new
and established businesses.

 Helps consumer to connect with Other consumer to conduct
business (or make trades).
 Often involves selling second-hand items, but
can also include handmade or unique products.
 Generally lower fees and costs compared to
traditional retail.

 Technology Enabling consumer to share files and services via web
without a common server.
