To accommodate reverse mounting on the circuit board for specific design requirements
and optimum use of board real estate, Components’ Corporation offers the FJ-Series of preform
jumpers in a variety of package sizes. The FJ-Series is a flat wireform that eliminates the need
for zero ohm resistors or other even less acceptable substitutions, offering stability, strength, and
reliability when mounted. The FJ-Series is the first true series of printed circuit board jumpers
developed specifically for SMT applications.
Recently added to the product line, the FJ-0603 and the FJ-0402 provide more size
options for specific design requirements. The FJ-0603 has a .060 X .030 package size with a .15
thickness, while the smaller FJ-0402 offers a .040 X .020 size with a .015 thickness

2. FJ-Series eliminates the time required in cutting, stripping and bending your wire in-house
and offers uniformity in sizes and shapes, with no ragged insulation ends to increase the
possibility of failure.
With an ultra-low profile, the FJ-Series from Components Corporation requires no
expensive or time-consuming insulation. Compatible with automated placement and soldering
equipment, the FJ-Series is delivered on 7" (1000 piece) tape and reel.
The product is constructed of C”110 copper flat wire with a .0001 matte tin over .0005
nickel finish and meets the ANSI/EIA-481 standard. Maximum current is 2.0 amperes.
Manufactured using Components Corporation’s proprietary technology to ensure the
