Against Toronto Police; thefts by the University of Toronto for not investigating

RE: File No: 120004691; Major Nourhaghighi v. Constables Bechervaise; Tran et al
1. Thank you for investigating my complaint and for interview with me on October 3, 2012.
While still I did not get the result of your investigation that you supported my complaint against
constables that when I was at the station they should took my complaint. Following your
instruction, a constable has recorded the theft of my bicycle; Re Occurrence No: 4654045.
As I told you, the gangs associated with the University of Toronto (“U of T”) targeted me
with continuous thefts, such as thefts of my personal properties; Re Occurrence No: 10-5596;
and again on November 4, 2012, stole my brand new bicycle; Re Occurrence No: 4758467.
The U of T that involved in million dollars frauds trying to abuse the Toronto Police Services by
forwarding false information to Police ended that now 51, 52 and 14 Divisions harassing me.
2. Since February 1994 I have complaints with several Human Rights Agencies including
the United Nations (“UN”) that the Attorneys General of Ontario and Canada (“Crown”) and
Judiciary System for violating each and every right that have as Iranian, Muslim and I have
under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms (“Charter”) and the Human Rights Codes
(“Codes”) such as under the Charter: Section 12: “Everyone has right not to be subject to
any cruel and unusual treatment or punishment.” However, there are ample proofs in all my
files that the Crown, Police and certain Judges involved in smuggling of drugs and corruptions
intentionally breaching the Charter to protect their own private unlawful interests. It was in
accordance to my lawsuit T-1900-96 before the Federal Court that finally RCMP arrested
several Toronto Police Constables. However, as we witnessed corrupt Judge Ian Nordheimer
stayed the prosecution; same as the Crown did not prosecuted the Attorney General Michael
Bryant who killed cyclist Darcy Allan Sheppard in dangerous driving charge. Also the
Toronto Police did NOT investigate with honestly my complaint as against 52 Toronto Police
and Detective Edward Follert who tortured me with eight of members of Toronto Police at Old
City Hass in December 11, 1996; whereas the document attached proofs the Court has found
Follert was guilty of conspiracy with corrupt Black Judge Vilbert Lampkin to torture me.
ATTACHMENT has Two Documents related to December 11, 1996 that nine members of
Toronto Police conspired with Black Judge Lampkin to torture me and then charged me that I
assaulted them, as every Canadian knows police does these kind of crimes.
Document “A” shows a typed copy of my written notes during delivery of the oral Judgment of
Justice Milton CADSBY who is well respected among honest Judges has dismissed the
charges; however, the U of T by trespass to Police Data again has disclosed it against I.
At lines 44 & 45, Cadsby J, after four days trial found that Judge Lampkin and Edward Follert
of 52 Division, at 9 AM on December 11, 1996, met, planned and conspired to torture me.
Document “B” shows my letter to Judge Cadsby that the Crown committed fraud & forgery
in transcript of his oral Judgment that a serious crime and 14 Years imprisonment.
3. I believe you and the Toronto Police have rights to know the evil acts of the deendants in
my lawsuits and the Naomi Overend’s wrongs of the Human Rights Tribunals for Ontario in
covering the human rights violation by the U of T against us as lawful citizens.
