The sales and marketing team, headed by Ms. Kausar Jehan, comprises

Documentation
The office is fully computerized with
excellent Communications with
international lines, fax, Email,
Internet connections and computerized
telex communications. The internal computer structure is being supported by
LAN which allows real time,
peer to peer communication hence allowing
constant tabs on information.
TMI is well experienced in handling complex documentation of the Switch Bills
and Cross trade multiple House Bills etc.
Most documentation such as manifests, SADs, container reports and port
communication are web – based as generally practiced in the shipping world.

9. SERVICES
TMI Operations Department is
responsible for entire ship handling
arrangement, berthing and sailing of
vessels and coordination with Port,
Terminals and Customs and other
departments. It maintains excellent
working relationship with these
departments. It also supervises loading and discharging operations
and arranges other services required by the ships. The Operations are
managed by a manager with 15-years hands on experience of the
ports, assisted by boarding clerks and cargo supervisor. They are well
able to handle all kinds of ships, including break-bulk vessels, dry
bulkers, tankers and container vessels. Supervisors under the overall
control of Operations Manager manage CFS operations.

Great stress is placed in TMI on
accurate and timely statements. The
entire accounting process is not
only computerized but it is run on
accounting software specially
developed for TMI and keeping in mind
the unique requirements of shipping and forwarding companies.
The sales and marketing financial reporting system, right down
from the booking note to the receipt voucher, is promptly
handled as we at TMI encourage a policy of ‘prompt statements
and settlements’. Remittances to Principals abroad are arranged
on time.Our regular reporting to Principals includes voyage
accounts, monthly statement, and Container Detention
statement. Invoice is automatically generated on the event dates
on the forwarding site a BL - wise account is maintained.
