1. Background
Company History
The idea of this company was conceived in the year 2009 and basically dealing with
exportation of cocoa and coffee from West Africa to Europe. It was registered in South
Africa to continue operations in the Coal, Gold and Crude Oil in the year 2012.M.A.B.P is
no new kid when it comes to foreign trade. We have always delivered the best quality of
goods and services to our partners. We are Innovative, Reliable, and Aquerate
What we do
As a Brand, we do offer services such as cooperate branding, embroidery and printing on
both office items and gifts. We also go a long way to provide services to BEE Companies by
given them a recognition on the Data Base of Municipalities around South Africa.Also,we do
run above the line adverts for institutions and organisations which want exposure of their
goods and services by providing them with low cost advertisement. Trading is a principal
interest of our company. As mentioned in our history statement we have been supplying a
principal raw material (Cocoa Bean) to Nestle South Africa and other small firms who are
engage in chocolate production. Due to our recent purchase of both Coal and Goal reserves
in Mpumalanga and DRC Congo we have found interest in expanding our trade to the
Diaspora by mining coal. We recently bought coal mines in DRC Congo which are under
intense mining producing more than 500.000 tons of coal and other substantial products.
We are already supplying to some interested companies in China and Eastern India.

Our vision is to globalise trading and get a legit recognition of our products and all the
services we do offer. Most importantly, we seek to bring closer goods and services to the
price consumers are willing to pay.

Our values have been strategic, keeping close our customers and offering the best
possible services that they deserve. Our contacts and foreign partners which form a
broad base of our stakeholders are always consulted in every matter that concerns the

Business goals & objectives
At the beginning of each year our board of directors and stakeholders always draw up
goals to be achieved. For three years now, we have been seeking to expand our market due
to our ability to acquire vast coal and Gold reserves. Early this year, our target market has
been to trade with Asian Consumers which gives a clear cut reason why we seek to deal
with industries in particularly China and other Asian countries.

Our services as mentioned earlier include import and export of products and also to run
above the line adverts for institutions and organisations that need exposure. We also
help out BEE Companies to get the benefits of wish they are created by registering their
services with the Data base of municipalities in South Africa. Also cooperate Branding,
Embroidery and printing is one of the major internal services we offer to South African
Schools, Colleges and many cooperate institutions.

We do have some personnel who are outsourced for specific assignments and jobs.
These form part of our part time employee data base. Some of them spend more than a
year working in close collaboration with our permanent Staff. Our Company has an office
staff of five permanent workers in our Durban office (Head Office) also we do have two
staff in DRC Congo which comprise of one field manager and a general oversee who
doubles up as a site co-ordinator.We have a team of very qualify personnel in all our
branches who are capable to carry out all forms of logistics and exportation of all types
of commodity.
Affirmative action initiatives.
In January 2013 we carried out a debt counselling campaign in collaboration with ABSA
Bank. This campaign was aimed at creating and awareness and consciousness to
particularly the youths (Graduates) since they are the most targeted by the many the
many shops to open account especially in clothing and electronics. The targeted areas
for the campaign were; Umlahzi, Inanda, Kwamashu and also in Institutions each as
Durban University of Technology, Regent Business School in Durban, University of
Kwazulu Natal. This initiative was a great success since it did create the awareness for

In June 2012,we did a campaign called ‘’FEED THE PEOPLE’’ in GOMA Province in
DRC Congo. This was aimed at reaching out to those who have been diverstated by the
war and also to build a Rapore with the public of that region since we acquired the coal
reserve from the traditional Rulers and Law makers of Goma.
We have been assisting the public in many ways and dimensions especially small and
medium size entrepreneurs linking them to their perspective routes on how they can
grow in business and make profit which is one of the fundamentals principles of opening
up a business. These and many more are the initiatives have been carried out by Muster
Seed Advertising and Business Promotion PLC.
Conclusion.
It is interesting to know that since the inception of this company it has been the supplier
of tons of Cocoa bean to chocolate producing companies in the Netherlands, France and
Luxemburg from our West and Central African Farms. In the Southern part of Africa we
had a contract that lasted for a year and a half to supplier Nestle South Africa with both
Cocoa and coffee beans. We have also rendered services to Companies such as Artwel
and Associates, VK Pillay and associates, Kalipha Trading, Werisk intelligence, and
Optimal Elegance etc.These companies are all based in Kwazulu Natal Province of the
Republic of South Africa. For reference, all these companies do exist in data base of
