2. COMPANY HISTORY :-
1993 :
Started off as a UPS Consultancy Proprietorship Firm, providing Consultancy
Services, Sales and service of OnLine UPS Systems.
1994-1996 :
Company formed in name and style of Omcam Control Systems Pvt. Ltd.
The company was associated with products from Exide Electronics (Now Eaton
Powerware) and MerlinGerin (group Schneider). Within Two year several projects
were successfully executed that included installations at AT&T, KLM Airlines,
Thomson Press, Times Of India, ANA Airlies, ITC Group, Ranbaxy Group and
several others.
1996 -2001 :
The company ventured into own manufacturing of Off-Line UPS Systems under
the brand name SOLUS and witnessed a rapid growth to become one of the most
popular Off-Line UPS brand.
2001 -2004 :
The company expanded its product base and started manufacturing of IGBT
Based OnLine UPS Systems under the brand name OMCAM till 10kVA using the
latest SPWM technology.
2004 -2008 :
The company further expanded its product base and manufactured its first
3Phase UPS System using the latest Micro-Controllers . The product became a huge
success in industrial environment within a very short span of time.
2008 -2012 :
The Company OMKAM ELECTRONICS PVT. LTD. was formed and the entire
manufacturing, sales and service staff of OnLine UPS Systems joined the new
company, brand ENVENTA was officially launched. Within 3 years ENVENTA
became a very strong brand in Industrial Applications with installation of more than
4500 OnLine UPS Systems. OMKAM also entered into associations with EATON
POWERWARE P.LTD. for high capacity UPS Systems 40kVA-1100kVA.
During the period 2008-2010 ENVENTA scaled new heights and witnessed more
than 400% growth owing to the major changes in the organization with addition of
manpower, Opening of Regional Offices at Mumbai & Kolkata, establishiment of a
Pan India Service Network through Service Centres & Resident Service Engineers.
In the year 2011 we laid up the foundation of New Production Facility at Noida. Once
operational this will be one of the best automated UPS manufacturing facilities in
North India.
During this period ENVENTA also developed the DSP controlled UPS System using
DSP MC56f8014 from MOTOROLA from Freescale. All necessary controls, drivers,
power supply and Display on Single board.

9. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
Enventa Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd. (EESPL) will provide all the services based on best
practices and ensure the service and availability of UPS Systems. EESPL will cover the
following services as under :
Maintenance Services
 Comprehensive corrective maintenance of complete system inclusing replacement
 and/or repair of defective parts free of cost during the warranty period.
 Handling of all hardware related issues, repair and maintenance including supply of
spares.
 24x7 call logging facility as per enclosed Complaint Logging & Escalation Process
 Response Time* <2hours
 Resolution Time*: <8 hours
 Quarterly/yearly Preventive Maintenance of all equipments
 Annual Assessment of equipment parameters, calibration of all metering and
protective features if required.
