Fagor Ederlan group is an international group that provides innovative water treatment and regeneration solutions. It has expanded its existing Fagor Edergarden brand to include a new compact wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) using membrane bioreactor (MBR) technology. The modular and mobile MBR WWTP is a self-contained machine that treats wastewater on-site without civil works. It is capable of producing high quality effluent with nutrient removal for various applications.

Compact WWTP, MBR technology
The MBR compact wastewater treatment plant
is a versatile and modular machine, mobile,
hermetic and without impact, which integrates
ALL the necessary equipment for its operation,
without the need for civil works or
complementary elements. It is only necessary
the hydraulic and electrical connection in order
to proceed to its operation.
Its design combines aesthetics, functionality, and ease of maintenance. Equipment
in dry chamber protected against the weather and removable components for
repair or replacement.
Tested in production line. Free of commissioning problems associated with
leaks and malfunctions of faulty equipment. The plant has status of MACHINE
with CE marking.
Ideal for small isolated villages, residential estates, campsites and turistic Resorts,
as well as for warehouses, agri-food industry and, in general, in industries with
effluents with high organic loads.

The influent is sieved and the residue led to a container
inside the plant for later disposal to Landfill.
The bioreactor based on active sludge with high solid
content (9-12 g/l) eliminates the pollutant load of the
influent.
In the membrane tank the effluent is refined and solids
and pathogens of water are filtered.
The clean water is stored for later reuse.
The generated sludge, already digested, are stored in the
sludge tank for later removal.
