•Baguinay is a barangay in the municipality of
Manaoag, in the province of Pangasinan. Its
population as determined by the 2015 Census
was 2,369. This represented 3.41% of the total
population of Manaoag.

4. What’s in Baguinay?
Barangay Baguinay’s Barangay Hall
-This is where the lowest elected administrative division of the
Philippines stay. This is where the barangay captain often hold its
office. The elected barangay council will also hold its meetings
here.
5. Baguinay’s Health Center
-This is barangay Baguinay’s community based and patient-
directed health center. Its goal is to provide first aid, maternal and
child health care, diagnosis of social diseases, and other basic
health services to all the members of the community.
6. Barangay Baguinay’s Schools
- From a Day Care center up until high school, Baguinay is
composed of 3 learning facilities.
7. The Road from Farm to Market
-Farm to market is a state road that connects rural or agricultural
areas to market towns. These are better quality roads that farmers
and ranchers use to transport products to market towns or
distribution centers.
8. Basketball Court
-This is where the people of Baguinay play the most famous sport
in our country, Basketball. As we Filipinos, we are fond of playing
basketball. This is where the barangay liga is held.
9. Church
-This is the local church of Baguinay. This is where the people of
Baguinay go when its Sunday. This is where they held their
religious activities, particularly for worship services.
10. The Famous Pine Tree
-As we know, Pine trees are only found on places that are cold,
particularly in Baguio. But, the people in Baguinay are proud that
they were able to grow this so called tree.
