This current course of Communication Skills at Workplace is dedicated to:
• Developing an understanding of the process of either verbal or non-verbal
communication.
• Developing the students’ critical thinking and analytical thinking skills.
• Improving listening, note taking and observational skills.
• Making students more knowledgeable about audience centered speaking.
• Developing message generating and delivery skills.
• Making students more knowledgeable about current speaking strategies and practices.
• Making students more knowledgeable about new media research strategies.
• Giving students insights into their own speaking style.
