1) Sensory - What sensory stimuli the child avoids, seeks out, finds alerting or overwhelming. Accommodations like sensory diets are noted.
2) Cognitive - How the child processes information in terms of topics that are easy/hard and preferred presentation methods. Accommodations for learning are included.
3) Social - Preferred interaction styles and people as well as skills like sharing and following directions. Situations to avoid are listed.
4) Emotional - Expression of emotions, ability to regulate them, and situations that may overwhelm. Supports to promote feeling safe are described.
