6. TheDecentralizedHedgeFund
Hedge-funds only take customers from a certain investment size, which prevents 95% of people to invest under
a professional expertise.This is one of the matters we decided to address by creating ALYA.
The ALYA community investment fund will be established with the revenue from the Alpha collection mint.
This fund will be managed by our team of professional traders and used for discretionary trading,short and mid
to long term investments, to grow our capital and generate passive incomes for our holders.

Yield
We will ensure a minimum 25% yield per year, based on our
lowest performance on futures trading in a down trend market.
Additional bonuses through others investment will be airdropped.
Reward distribution
Rewards will be distributed on a quarterly basis in stable coins (either
BUSD or USDC.)
We will ensure fee-less airdrop through our partnership with leading

7. Fund allocation
All revenues from our mint (minus fixed development cost to cover) will be
allocated to the community fund, which will be divided in 5 sub-fund:
- Fund 1: High Yield Fund Futures SP500, DJ, BTC & ETH
- Fund 2: BTC & ETH Fund Spot & OTC for collateral
- Fund 3: Liquid Asset Fund Top 50 market cap crypto
- Fund 4: Early Asset Fund NFT, ICO, IDO, liquidity provider, etc.
- Fund 5: Physical Fund Real Estate, Mining, Merch, etc.
NFT and share
Each Gen1 NFT will represent 1 share of the fund.
NFTs shares are additive, meaning that owning 20 Gen1 NFT corresponds
to owning 20 shares of the fund.
The NFTs represent the total pool of the fund’s share, and will be the only
access to fund investment.
There will be no dilution of the shares in the near future. We do not
envision an Gen2 NFT collection in the upcoming year, which would also
generate profits for Gen1 holders.
Transparency and evaluation
Holders will receive quarterly and yearly reports about the fund
activities and performance.
Community and leadership
Long-term strategic decisions of the fund will be proposed, voted and
adopted by the community of Alya NFT holders through a DAO structure.
1 ALYA NFT= 1 vote.
The community will decide on :
• large investment >10% of the treasury fund
• strategic decision about product development
(merchandising, video games, partnerships, etc…)
Discretionary trading requires quick action-reaction and advanced skills ,
and will NOT be controlled by the DAO.
Performance will be reported and evaluated by the community.
