A. Recommendations by the NIGP Talent
Council for Thought Leaders to the NIGP
Governing Board
Don Buffum provided an overview of the Talent Council process to
achieve its recommendations to fill two key roles.
Jack Adger moved to appoint Mr. Jeff Cobb to the NIGP Governing
Board and Mr. Aaron Woloweic to the NIGP Talent Council effective
August 1, 2015 for a term through June 30, 2016, seconded by Denise
Schneider. Motion carried.
Mike Bevis noted the desire to have a choice of candidates to fill
specific roles in the future.
4. Verbal Reports
A. Status of Forensic Audit
Chairman Glatz announced that the forensic audit report had been
received and there would be an Executive Session held next
Wednesday with the auditors.
All directors will receive a copy of the report after receipt of a signed
NDA. All reports will be shipped to the auditors during Forum by the
Chair.

B. Status of Cooperative Accreditation
Program
Brent Maas provided an updated status of client potential and potential
competition. The Directors agreed to discuss an aggressive marketing
strategy during the Forum meeting.
5. New Business Mike Bevis moved to empower the Executive Committee to take future
actions on behalf of the Governing Board until such time as the Board
convenes its next duly-held meeting with a quorum in attendance,
seconded by Taylor Adams. Motion carried.
6. Adjournment Chairman Glatz adjourned the meeting at 3:12 pm Eastern.
