Dear Mr. Grimm:
Pursuant to Article I, section 24 of the Florida Constitution, and chapter 119, F.S., I am
requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records including the
Independent Audit of NIGP's Strategic Partnerships/Forensic Audit and Pierson Grant
recommendation. For greater clarification, these are the documents referenced in the
NIGP's April 24th, 2015 Spring Board Meeting Minutes (Page 2 - 1B, Page 3 - 2), June
11th, 2015 Board Meeting Minutes (Page 2 - 4A), and the July 16th, 2015 Governing
Board Meeting Minutes (Page 1 - 4A).
I request a waiver of all fees for this request since the disclosure of the information I
seek is not primarily in my commercial interest, and is likely to contribute significantly to
public understanding of the operations or activities of the National Institute of
Governmental Purchasing - including its membership, making the disclosure a matter of
public interest.
Should you deny my request, or any part of the request, please state in writing the
basis for the denial, including the exact statutory citation authorizing the denial as
required by s. 119.07(1)(d), F.S.
