   4 oz rye whiskey
    1/4 oz brandy
      Fresh mint
     1 sugar cube

Sliced pineapple, sliced banana,
   orange slices and cherries
Martini

          2 oz gin
1/4 - 1/3 oz dry vermouth

  Shake and/or stir with ice and
    strain into a cocktail glass
      Garnish with an olive
Bronx Cocktail

              1 1/2 oz gin
           1 oz orange juice
BRONX    1/4 oz dry vermouth
        1/4 oz sweet vermouth

        Shake with ice and strain into a
         cocktail glass. Garnish with a
                slice of orange
