Servathon 2008 was a volunteer event organized by Coca-Cola Foundation Philippines on October 11, 2008 with over 30 corporate groups and 1200 volunteers. The volunteers participated in various community service projects from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM, benefiting schools, orphanages, hospitals and families. One of the beneficiary sites was the YAKAP Day Care Center in Tatalon, Quezon City which serves 120,000 people in the community and 80 children aged 3-5. Volunteers from Coca-Cola were assigned tasks like painting murals and trash bins as well as urban gardening at the day care center.
