This document provides an overview of the 2015 Venture Capital Course. It will be run by the Center of Mathematical Finance and cover investment evaluation, structuring startups for investors, and simulating a real VC fund. Students will work in groups to evaluate startup projects based on historical cases and compete for rankings. They may have opportunities to participate in deals with partner VC funds. The course will cover topics such as financial modeling, industry valuation metrics, and deal structuring over weekly sessions from March to May.
