It is an android-based college management app
which aimed at managing most of the activities of
the college.
Helps us in adding mobility and automation in
managing the campus information.
Introduction
At present academic notifications are released by
the university and displayed on the notice board
or should be viewed through the university
website. The students need to check the
webpage or notice board for each and every
activity of the college.
For the books or any kind of study materials
either the students need to visit the library or
have to search through the internet which is a
store house of information and creates
confusion among students while searching on
that.
Problem Statement
To develop an android-based application that
covers all the details of the college.
Faster dissemination of notices regarding
education, technical and cultural events.
Easier and quicker wayof connectivitywith
college.
To reduce manual work.
Objectives
There is a huge development in the Ed-Tech industry.
Ahuge crowd of students prefers online/app-based
learning for improving their skills.
But our educational institutions lack this, and they are
not upto mark in understanding the needs of student.
An android application of this kind would certainly
enhance the productivity of students.
Motivation
To understand the presence of mobile apps in
universities we used the Times Higher Education
World University Ranking for 2013-14.
Astudy of top universities from various continents
helps us to understand the type of mobile presence in
the universities.
We visited the the websites of these universities and
searched google and apple app stores to identify the
mobile options that the universities provide to the
stakeholders.
Literature Review

Based on the data in the table we observe that all the
universities in our data set have a mobile presence in one
formor another (mobile webor native apps).
More universities were found to have native apps than mobile

Universities providing native apps were for more than one
platform: Android, iOS.
Universities having mobile web also had a native app for
