The core team consists of former employees of
shipping companies who already developed a lot of
bespoke software to boost efficiency in ship
management since the industry was looking for ways
to modernize and streamline processes.

5. Back in 2009 cloud technology became more and more
available, simultaneously the shipping crisis started. And
that’s where we saw our opportunity.
So we decided to start a software company that fully
leverages the emergence of new and ground-breaking
technologies to take ship management to the next level.

first version of our software, combining our long
experience in business to realize our idea of a new
software concept, which provides access to new, more
